Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment method
The product(s) gets shipped from the following warehouses: France, Spain, Czech Republic, US, and China. In high demand periods, it could happen that one product needs to be shipped separately from another warehouse, and this will be sent in a separate package.

Average GBP 4.50 to UK plus shipping cost for additional items.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
AlluringLooks is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
AlluringLooks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Currently we ship to the following countries outside the UK: Europe and the US.
